DNA - Proteins

Task Description -

Whaea Kelly hasn't been coming to school for the past few days since she is sick, but today we had Mrs Ilaoa. Our little project we had to do was doing some research about DNA. I found proteins interesting so I decided to pick that as my subject. We had to make a poster and share it some of the students in our class. This is some of the interesting things I found out about Proteins. I hope you learnt something new from my research.

Today in maths class we did some easy BEDMAS questions and me and my table finished it in about 30 minutes or less because it was that easy. I hope you learn a lot from my solutions about BEDMAS! :D

This one is kinda the same as the other one that i posted. i was illustrating how i would have solved it in my head. We only illustrate our problems is so everyone that checks our blog can understand, How We Solved? If We Get What The Problem Is Talking About? and other stuff like that.

This problem that we did was all about illustrating how we solved the problem? But this was all extra for our class because we didn't have any other work so we did some extra problems so we didn't muck around.

Task Description -

This week Tehillah and i did this maths equation which was all about angles angles angles. We had to try and figure out what was the missing numbers, also in this we used Subtraction and Addition. Thanks to Tehillah we both finished in time and we got to go onto the next problem.

This photo right here is what my group did in 10 sec's because it was really easy. In my group there was Skye and Tehillah. This was just a practice and its all about shapes and putting the same stuff with the right shapes.

Today all we are doing for learning is doing the same work from last week but we are illustrating how we solved it, with images. We have to do the same questions but we have to sort it out with images so you guys can actually picture it in your mind.

In this equation I split 947 and 632, which would look like 900, 40, 7 and 600, 30, 2. Splitting the number is probably my key strategy, i like to do in every equation.

Today in this equation i did the same thing that i always do, and if you don't know what it is the thing that i always do is.... split the number because the number is too big. so i split the number and subtracted all of those numbers and then i got the answer.

Task Description - this slide is Paikea, Venice and i and we did all of the problems trying to figure out how much did we need to make up that number. by looking at the penalties and conversions we got the answer and we did on our own.

Walt: Algebra - Find The Value Of 'x'

Task Description: 

We are learning about Algebra this week. Before when i didn't get it i got really frustrated and my mind was going CRAZY! but then i started to get more and i started to cool down and now i'm finished with my work. I feel so happy. Algebra may be hard at first but then you get use to it, also whenever you think that something is the answer but your not quite sure then take a risk.
